A peaceful garden retreat with its own entrance and terrace and beautiful views over Caroline’s own garden and the River Test.

Close to Watership Down, this self contained, stylish garden studio is set in a conservation area on the edge of the North Wessex Downs National Landscape. It has wonderful walks on its doorstep: along the river, on the Overton Jane Austen Trails or towards the Harrow Way and the downs.

Outside

The terrace has outdoor seating to admire the views across Caroline’s own garden and the Test valley. During the day, you can spot wildfowl fly over Polhampton lakes; in the evening, you can catch the sunset with a drink in your hand and, if you are lucky, glimpse our local barn owl out hunting.

Furnished in kingfisher colours, this tranquil and spacious studio offers relaxing, high quality accommodation. This includes:

Fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, grill, microwave, integrated fridge freezer and all you need to make delicious coffee.
Welcoming living area with sofas, a reading corner and Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Comfortable double bed with crisp cotton bed linen.
Separate en-suite shower room with fluffy towels and luxury soap.
Plus fresh flowers and honey from the garden, home made granola and crusty bread for your first breakfast, local gin and tonic.
